The first NDC submission of Russian Federation contributes to SDG 13 'Climate Action' (91%) and SDG 17 'Partnerships for the Goals' (9%). For SDG 13 the highest contributions relate to Target '13.1 Strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related and natural disasters' (55%) and Target '13.2 Integrate climate measures in national policy making' (36%). Here, the main climate actions are related to 'Adaptive capacity enhancement' (45%) and 'Strengthened institutional capacity for adaptation' (27%). For SDG 17 contributions relate to Target '17.7 Promote development and diffusion of environmental sustainable technologies to developing countries' (50%) and Target '17.8 Enhance innovation capacity and enabling technologies and ICT in least developing countries' (50%). Here, climate actions are related to '(Need for) technology transfer' (100%).
