For SDG 6 the highest contributions relate to Target '6.4 Increase water-use efficiency and sustainable withdrawal - reduce water scarcity' (70%) and Target '6.6 Protect and restore water-related ecosystems' (20%). Here, the main climate actions are related to 'Water supply' (22%) and 'Water security' (12%). For SDG 11 the highest contributions relate to Target '11.2 Accessible and sustainable transport systems' (65%) and Target '11.5 Disaster risk management' (22%). Here, some of the main climate actions are related to 'Reduction of loss and damage from climate impacts' (34%) and 'Early warning systems' (9%).

The updated NDC submissions of countries in Europe contribute the most to SDG 13 'Climate Action' (17%) and SDG 17 'Partnerships for the Goals' (12%). For SDG 13 the highest contributions relate to Target '13.3 Improve education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change issues' (44%) and Target '13.1 Strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related and natural disasters' (31%). Here, the main climate actions are related to 'Adaptive capacity enhancement' (26%) and 'Strengthened institutional capacity for adaptation' (23%). For SDG 17 the highest contributions relate to Target '17.7 Promote development and diffusion of environmental sustainable technologies to developing countries' (18%) and Target '17.3 Mobilize additional financial resources for developing countries from multiple sources' (14%). Here, the main climate actions are related to 'Financial resource mobilization' (20%) and '(Need for) technology transfer' (16%).
