For SDG 6 contributions relate to Target '6.4 Increase water-use efficiency and sustainable withdrawal - reduce water scarcity' (75%) and Target '6.3 Improve water quality, reduce pollution, increase recycling' (25%). Here, the main climate actions are related to 'Efficient use of water' (25%) and 'Water supply' (25%).

The updated NDC submission of Malaysia contributes highly, among others, to SDG 2 'No Hunger' (14%) and SDG 3 'Good health and well-being' (14%). For SDG 2 contributions relate to Target '2.4 Ensure sustainable agricultural practices for reselience and resource protection' (57%) and Target '2.3 Increase agricultural productivity for small-scale producers' (43%). Here, some of the main climate actions are related to 'Food production' (24%) and 'Increased agriculture productivity' (18%). For SDG 3 the highest contributions relate to Target '3.3 End epidemics and communicable diseases' (50%) and Target '3.8 Access to universal health care and medicines' (33%). Here, the main climate actions are related to 'Climate-induced health risks prevention' (31%) and 'Contingency health strategy development' (31%).
